It reconnects me with my face</strong></h3><p><strong>I didn&#8217;t realize how much tension I carry&#8212;in my jaw, my brow, even around my eyes.<br>Everything I&#8217;m reading indicates that releasing that tension through face yoga may actually help soften some expression lines over time.</strong></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#10024; 2. It feels like self-care, not &#8220;fixing&#8221;</strong></h3><p><strong>There&#8217;s something deeply grounding about placing your hands on your own face with intention&#8230;<br>breathing&#8230; slowing down&#8230; being present.</strong></p><p><strong>It&#8217;s less about correcting flaws and more about supporting what already exists.</strong></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#10024; 3. It supports circulation and glow</strong></h3><p><strong>Gentle movement and massage can increase blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients to the skin.</strong></p><p><strong>And honestly?<br>Even after a few sessions, my skin already feels more </strong><em><strong>awake</strong></em><strong>.</strong></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#10024; 4. ritual:</strong></p><ul><li><p>step outside (or open a window)</p></li><li><p>take 5 slow breaths</p></li><li><p>unclench your jaw + drop your shoulders</p></li><li><p>sip something warm</p></li><li><p>do one thing slowly</p></li></ul><p>That&#8217;s it.</p><p>No pressure to &#8220;fix&#8221;
